UNITY SOBER LIVING HOMES PROVIDE THE NECESSARY TOOLS TO BUILD NEW HABITS AND DEVELOP NEW SKILLS DURING YOUR INTEGRATION INTO LONG-TERM SOBRIETY.

Our goal at Unity is to provide a safe, supportive, and structured aftercare plan for men discharging from treatment and/or detox facilities. Our five sober living homes are located in Denver, South Denver, Englewood, Arvada, and Lakewood. It’s within these homes that USL provides the structure, community, and our successful programming to help you achieve your long-term recovery goals.

Those first hours, days, weeks, and months of independence are crucial for building a solid foundation of success for the rest of a resident’s life. Your goals are our goals, and we want to be there to help with the stability and success of that transition.

WE BELIEVE ‐ THROUGH OUR OWN EXPERIENCE

That recovery through the UNITY of those around us forges a path for a new & successful future.

Our History

Unity Sober Living was born out of the experiences, struggles, and triumphs of our three team members. Rex, Matt, and Devin each experienced their own long and difficult battles with addiction.

Though their journeys differed, they all held important similarities:

  • Their addiction was overtaking their lives
  • They understood the important distinction between getting sober and staying sober, and realized the latter would require a lot more than a 30-day rehab stay
  • Through making the choice to live in a sober living program, they found the structure and accountability they needed for successful sobriety
  • All three believe strongly in the efficacy of 12-step programs, and the community with other like-minded men, to develop the skills to live sober lives
  • They all eventually found the will, tools, and skills needed to enjoy lives free of addiction’s stronghold within sober living programs.

In short, they know this program works, because they’re living proof.

Co-founders Rex Wilmouth and Matt Neptune opened the doors of USL in the spring of 2019 with one house and four residents. Devin Lacey joined the USL team in early 2021, and the program continues to flourish. We’ve grown to five houses and can accommodate 60 residents, all while providing the very same level and quality of support those first four residents experienced
